Nichole brings a wealth of experience to our team, having transitioned from a career in government project management and procurement four years ago to pursue her passion for running an insurance business. As our Compliance Guru, Nichole ensures our operations meet all regulatory standards while guiding businesses in acquiring essential insurance coverage to mitigate risks effectively. With expertise as our Site Inspection Specialist, Nichole combines diligence with a keen eye for detail. She is also a staunch advocate for gender equality in insurance and volunteers with Girl Guides, fostering leadership among young women.
Outside of work, Nichole finds joy in pottery and the arts, actively supports the Heart Foundation through fundraising efforts, and is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for heart condition research at the Centenary Institute by shaving her head this year. Nichole holds an Advanced Diploma in Urban and Regional Town Planning and a Diploma in Procurement, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
